FRIENDS OF HAYWORTH ROAD PARK, SANDIACRE
The Friends of Hayworth Road Park help to maintain Hayworth Road Park in Sandiacre, by upgrading certain areas and increasing the flora and fauna of the park, working with Erewash Borough Council who own the land.
Successes so far have included two community picnics, a moth watch, a guided tour of the trees and a start on introducing wild flowers to the park. Other projects are in the pipeline but more help is needed.
